Terms and Conditions

Through its workshops, existentiae art offers you a space where you can freely express your creativity. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take the time to read through the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration

You can register for a workshop via WhatsApp/Signal/SMS (+49177 5531049) or email (xta@existentiae-art.com). In-person registration at the existentiae art studio is only possible during business hours or by appointment.

To confirm your participation, you will be asked to make a deposit to existentiae art in the amount of 50% of the participation or booking fee no later than 7 days before the workshop date.

PLEASE DO NOT TRANSFER THE AMOUNT PRIOR TO RECEIVING A PAYMENT REQUEST!

As soon as the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation message and your spot will be formally reserved.

You will pay the remaining balance plus material costs at the end of the workshop; cash and card payments are accepted.

2. Cancellation and Refund

What happens if you want to or have to cancel your registration?

  • Up to 7 days before the workshop: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Less than 7 days before the workshop: Unfortunately, no refund is possible. This also applies to last-minute cancellations due to serious reasons (e.g., illness, emergencies).

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation notice. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment.

No refund is available for no-shows.

3. Rescheduling

If something comes up, you can reschedule your workshop. However, the following conditions apply:

  • You can reschedule up to 7 days before the workshop without any issues or additional costs.
  • Changing to a different workshop date is subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by existentiae art

If I’m forced to cancel due to illness or if the class is canceled because of insufficient participation, you’ll receive a full refund or an alternative date.

5. Requirements for participation

The minimum age for participation is 16.

6. Liability

We assume no liability for injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop.
